Penalty for early withdrawal before distribution time to party members. Since there will be times when a Party Participant withdraws funds before the distribution period, PolkaParty allows this action from a consistent rate according to the basis of the time period, which was initially set for the party. Simply put, Parties withdrawing funds outside the distribution period will receive less fees for taking fewer days off, according to any distribution period.

How Does PolkaParty Work?

1. Parties will consist of members, whose personal wallets are integrated into the party wallet.
2. Depending on the criteria set by the party, the parties will consist of voting and non-voting members.
3. Wallet addresses with voting power will eventually be able to provide party guidance with voting actions
4. HouseKeys are generated for all users creating parties (Public or Private), through which users can join parties seamlessly on the main dashboard within the PolkaParties Portal.
5. HouseKey is required to sign a smart contract, so your wallet will be integrated into the party wallet.
6. PolkaParty has built a time interval based model that allows created parties to allow Partygoers to withdraw funds within a set timeframe.
7. From such party's action, the user will be given a Daily, Monthly or Yearly + Withdrawal Time Sequence, to withdraw the profits back to the personal wallet.

Automatic Liquidity Pool (LP)

Auto LP is KeyFund's secret sauce. Here we have a function that acts as a doubly useful implementation for the holder. First, the contract sucks the tokens out of the seller and the buyer, and adds them to the LP creating a solid price floor.

Second, the penalty acts as an arbitrage-resistance mechanism that secures the KeyFund volume as a reward to its holder. In theory, the added LP creates the stability of the provided LP by adding a tax to the overall liquidity of the token, thereby increasing the overall LP of the token and supporting the underlying price of the token. This is different from other reflection token burn functions which only benefit in the short term from a given supply reduction.

As LP KeyFund tokens increase, price stability reflects this functionality by benefiting from a solid price base and cushioning for holders. The goal here is to prevent a bigger drop when the whales decide to sell their tokens later in the game, which keeps the price from fluctuating as much as if there wasn't an auto LP function.
